Assessment Packages

We firmly believe that autism assessment is just the first step - the real value lies in understanding how to support your child's unique journey.
Even our Standard Package goes beyond typical private assessments by including school observations, comprehensive reporting, and practical strategies for home and school. While both packages provide exceptional support, the Premium option offers additional ongoing guidance. Here's what each includes:

Standard Multidisciplinary Assessment

A comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment led by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. With extensive support and school observations included:
£ 1,560
  • Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Assessment: A multi-session approach involving various professionals to ensure a complete evaluation.
  • Alignment with Current Guidelines: The assessment follows NICE guidelines, DSM V, and ICD-11 standards.
  • Expert Review: A Consultant Clinical Psychologist will review your child’s medical, developmental, family, and educational history.
  • Standardised Diagnostic Tools: Use of evidence-based diagnostic tools, including ADOS-2, and validated questionnaires.
  • Strengths & Support Needs Assessment: Identification of your child's strengths and areas requiring support.
  • School Evidence Gathering: Consultant Clinical Psychologist conducts a detailed school observation, collects comprehensive questionnaires from teaching staff, and engages in professional discussions to build a complete understanding of your child's educational experience. *

Unique Value Proposition

The Power of Post-Diagnosis Support

An autism diagnosis should be the start of an empowering journey for families. With the right guidance and tailored strategies, your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive potential can be unlocked. Over the past 20 years, I have seen how post-diagnostic support and a positive behavioural approach can transform families. This approach helps families grow together, focusing on strengths, celebrating progress, and building resilience. When families receive the right post-diagnostic support, they are equipped with strategies that empower both children and parents, reinforcing family bonds and creating a nurturing environment for growth.

The Impact of Waiting

Waiting times for an autism diagnosis in the UK are currently substantial, with delays ranging from several months to years. As of late 2023, nearly 16,000 people were waiting for assessments, with many experiencing delays of over a year.

This prolonged waiting period can severely impact children’s social, emotional, and academic development. Furthermore, NHS services may not offer post-diagnostic support, which can increase the risk of mental health challenges. By choosing our services, you can bypass the wait and start receiving the support your child needs straight away.
